依據cheers快樂工作人雜誌「2022年企業最愛大學生調查」,企業招募新鮮人,除了學歷以外,75.4%的企業注重求職者有無企實習經驗。學生在校加強社團、打工經驗,塑造自己具備歷練的務實、成熟形象,是履歷表上最有說服力的個人紀錄。完全無實習經驗的學生,反而容易成為找工作時的「隱性弱勢」。

According to Cheers Happy Working Magazine's "2022 Survey of Preferred University Students by Companies," when recruiting fresh graduates, 75.4% of companies prioritize whether applicants have internship experience in addition to their academic qualifications. Students who actively participate in clubs and gain work experience while in school shape a compelling profile that demonstrates practicality and maturity. On the other hand, students with no internship experience can easily become "implicitly disadvantaged" when searching for jobs.

實習職缺從哪裡Where can I find internship opportunities

實習職缺可能依據當年產業狀況而有差異,同學可定期瀏覽以下實習職缺來源並了解實習內容,上網搜尋實習機構相關資訊,並依系上規定繳交實習前所需資料,經師長實地評估系級實習委員會審核通過後,即有機會修讀實習課程。

Internship opportunities may vary depending on the industry's current situation. Students can regularly browse the following sources for internship openings, learn about the internship details, search for information about internship organizations online, and submit the required documents as per the department's regulations. After being evaluated by professors and approved by the department's internship committee, students will have the opportunity to enroll in internship courses.

✨實習課程類別有哪幾種What are the categories of internship courses

實習課程可分為以下5類課程,不過實際開課依各系課程規劃辦理,同學可先查詢系所課程規劃表了解開課狀況,並詢問系所申請修讀程序。

Internship courses can be divided into the following five categories. However, the actual offering of courses depends on the curriculum planning of each department. Students are advised to first check the curriculum planning table of their respective departments to understand the course availability and inquire about the application procedures from their department.

專案實習Project Internship

1.專案實習指參加校外公民營機構辦理之短期實習,或執行公民營機構委託之專案任務、專業服務或產學合作計畫

Project Internship refers to short-term internships conducted in non-governmental private organizations or executing project tasks, professional services, or industry-academia cooperation projects commissioned by non-governmental private organizations.

2.學生參與公民營機構委託本校之專案或計畫,其計畫執行期程需至少半年以上,且每計畫以4位學生參與為限,實務專題課程不得認列為職場實習

Students participating in projects or programs commissioned by non-governmental private organizations to the university must have a project duration of at least six months, with a maximum of four students participating per project. Practical project courses cannot be recognized as workplace internships.

During the internship period at the internship organization, interns are primarily focused on learning and are not engaged in providing services or performing work duties outside of the training program. Interns are recognized as students in the context of their internship at the organization.
實習生於實習機構期間,以學習為主要目地,除從事學習訓練外,並有勞務提供或工作事實,實習生於實習機構之身分認定,兼具學生及勞工身分
During the internship period at the internship organization, interns are primarily focused on learning, but they also provide services or perform work duties in addition to training. Interns are recognized as having both student and worker status in the context of their internship at the organization.

1.比照勞動基準法所定職業災害補償額度之商業意外
Commercial accident insurance in accordance with the compensation limits prescribed by the Labor Standards Act for occupational accident compensation.
2.每日實習時間不得超過8小時,且不得於午後10時至翌晨6時接受訓練
The daily internship hours should not exceed 8 hours, and training should not take place between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
1.實習機構應為實習生辦理勞工保險、就業保險、提繳勞工退休金
The internship organization should arrange for the interns to have labor insurance, employment insurance, and contribute to the labor pension.
2.實習時間、休息時間、請假、例假及休息日規定、工資、勞工保險、就業保險、勞動契約內容,不得低於勞動相關法規規定
Internship duration, rest periods, leaves of absence, regular holidays, wages, labor insurance, employment insurance, and the contents of labor contracts shall comply with the relevant labor laws and regulations, and should not be lower than the provisions set forth in the labor-related legislation.
3.發生職業災害時,應依勞動基準法所定職業災害補償規定
In the event of an occupational accident, compensation should be provided following the provisions for occupational accident compensation as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act.
其他共同事項
Other Common Matters
1.應為合法設立或登記、具足夠訓練或指導人力及健全設施之場域、並符合職業安全衛生、勞動基準法相關法令之實習機構
The internship organization should be legally established or registered, have sufficient trained or instructed personnel, and possess adequate facilities. It should also comply with occupational safety and health regulations, as well as relevant laws stipulated in the Labor Standards Act.
2.可配合共同訂定個別實習計畫及職場實習合約書
The organization should be willing to collaborate in developing individual internship plans and workplace internship contracts.
3.可接受學校安排實習前實地評估實習環境及實習中實地訪視學生實習情形
It should allow the school to conduct on-site evaluations of the internship environment before arranging student internships and conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of student internships.
4.可配合指派實習機構輔導老師輔導學生,並安排職前訓練課程、專業實務工作,培訓敬業精神及專業實務技能,並協助評定學生實習成績考核表及實習機構滿意度調查表
The organization should cooperate in assigning guidance teachers to guide students, arrange pre-employment training courses and professional practical work, cultivate professionalism and practical skills, and assist in evaluating internship performance evaluation forms and conducting internship agency satisfaction survey forms.
5.所安排之工作不得要求學生協助從事違法行為
The assigned tasks should not require students to engage in illegal activities.
6.學生表現或適應欠佳時,可立即知會學校輔導處理,經輔導未改善者得予以終止實習
When a student's performance or adaptation is unsatisfactory, the school should be immediately notified for appropriate counseling. If the situation does not improve after counseling, the internship may be terminated.
7.不因國籍、種族、階級、語言、思想、宗教、黨派、性別或性傾向等因素,給予不利之差別待遇
Discrimination based on nationality, race, class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, gender, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
8.實習機構不得因實習生提出爭議或申訴給予不利處分
The internship agency  must not take any adverse actions against interns who raise disputes or complaints.

由於實習是否有提供勞務事實較難以定義,且主管機關可能進行勞動檢查,勞資關係有可能被放大檢視,建議以「工作型實習」為優先,以維護實習生的勞動權益。

Due to the difficulty in defining whether an internship involves the provision of labor services and the possibility of labor inspections by authorities, labor relations may be scrutinized more closely. It is recommended to prioritize “Work Type Internships” to safeguard the labor rights of interns.

✨實習生是否構成勞工Does an intern constitute as a worker

勞工的學理定義如下,如果符合以下三項從屬性,則應構成勞工要件。

The theoretical definition of a worker is as follows: If the following three elements of subordination are met, it should be considered as fulfilling the criteria for being a worker.

1.人格從屬性:實習學生在實習機構組織中,服從雇主權威,並有接受懲戒或制裁的義務(如:遵照指揮與監督、有指定上下班時間等、員則需親自到班)

Personal subordinationThe intern, as a student, obeys the authority of the employer within the internship organization and has an obligation to accept discipline or sanctions (e.g., following instructions and supervision, having designated working hours, and personally attending work).

2.經濟從屬性:實習學生並不是為了自己的營業勞動而是為了他人的目的而勞動(如:按月或定期給付工資、每月領有固定底薪、工作成果歸雇主所有)。

    Economic subordinationThe intern is not engaged in their own business but rather works for the purposes of others (e.g., receiving monthly or regular wages, having a fixed basic salary, and the work results being owned by the employer).

3.組織從屬性:納入實習機構生產體系下服從雇主指揮監督(原則上至指定工作地點提供勞務、無法服勞務時需依規定請假、隸屬組織一員、需接受主管考評或獎懲)。

    Organizational subordinationThe intern is integrated into the production system of the internship organization and is subject to the employer's direction and supervision (e.g., providing labor services at the designated workplace, taking leave according to regulations when unable to provide services, being a member of the organization, and being subject to performance evaluations or disciplinary actions by supervisors).

✨實習可以減免學雜費用Can tuition fees be reduced or waived for internships

1.依據學生職場實習課程開設要點辦理。

The implementation is based on the guidelines for student workplace internship courses.

2.日間大學部及五專部學生:

For undergraduate and junior college students

(1)修習學期、學年實習課程者,若全學期均在校外實習,應繳交該學期全額學費及五分之四雜費,並免繳納網路使用費。

Students taking semester or academic year internship courses and completing the entire semester of off-campus internship are required to pay the full tuition fees and 4/5 of the miscellaneous fees for that semester, and they are exempt from paying the internet usage fee.

(2)每學期實習課程期滿由各系所自行提供實習名單予財務處出納組辦理雜費減免金額退費作業。

At the end of each semester, departments should provide the internship list to the office of financial affairs for the refund of reduced miscellaneous fees.

(3)修習校外實習課程並獲實習機構及系所同意返校修習其他課程(含遠距教學課程)者,應繳交全額學雜費。

Students taking off-campus internship courses and returning to the campus with the approval of the internship organization and department to take other courses (including distance learning courses) are required to pay the full tuition and miscellaneous fees.

(4)修習暑期實習課程,得免繳納學分費。

Students taking summer internship courses are exempt from paying the credit fees.

3.日間部研究生:

For daytime graduate students

(1)修習學期、學年實習課程者,若全學期均在校外實習,仍應依本校收費標準繳費。

Students taking semester or academic year internship courses and completing the entire semester of off-campus internship are still required to pay according to the school's fee standards.

(2)於暑假及寒假期間修習暑()期實習及專案實習課程者,依本校「暑期開班授課辦理要點」規定繳納學分費。

Students taking summer/winter internship and project internship courses during the summer/winter vacation should pay the credit fees according to the school's "Guidelines for Summer Class Teaching.

✨實習期間我可以返校上課Can I return to campus for classes during the internship period

1.系所針對學生前往實習可能有規定修讀限制(如:需完成必修課程、完成畢業學分門檻),可先行詢問系所是否可返校上課。

The department may have specific regulations or restrictions for students going on internships (e.g., completion of compulsory courses, fulfillment of graduation credit requirements). It is advisable to consult with the department regarding the possibility of returning to campus for classes.

2.依據學生職場實習課程開設要點規定,修習校外實課程學生應全職於機構實習獲實習機構及系所同意者,可修習遠距教學課程。大學部及五專部應屆畢業生與延畢生獲實習機構及系所同意者,可返校修習其他課程

According to the guidelines for student workplace internship course implementation, students taking off-campus internship courses are expected to be engaged full-time in the internship organization. However, with the approval of the internship organization and department, they may be allowed to take distance learning courses. For graduating students and students with deferred graduation status in undergraduate and junior college programs, they may be permitted to return to campus for other courses with the consent of the internship organization and department.

✨實習期間可以請假嗎 Can I take leave during the internship period

1.與實習機構洽談實習合約內容時,應將學生可請假之相關規定納入合約中規範。

  When negotiating the internship contract with the internship organization, the provisions regarding student leave should be included in the contract.

2.實習期間可以請假,但需遵守實習合約規定,如果有其他特殊狀況,應向業界輔導老師及學校輔導老師反應並說明原由,並取得實習輔導老師及實習機構同意。

Leave is possible during the internship period, but it must comply with the provisions of the internship contract. In case of special circumstances, students should communicate with their industry guidance teacher and school guidance teacher, explain the reasons, and obtain consent from both the internship guidance teacher and the internship agency.
