✨實習發生不愉快的事件,我該怎麼辦 If I encounter unpleasant incidents during my internship, what should I do

1.如果學生發生實習不適應、理念不合、家庭或健康因素、實習機構違反勞動權益或有職安問題、實習機構認為學生表現不佳等,請先與學校實習輔導老師及實習機構輔導老師告知,並深入了解事件發生情形,若可歸責於學生問題,學校及實習機構實習輔導老師將積極輔導學生實習情形,以改善學生實習問題,必要時可轉介實習機構內其他單位完成實習。若可歸責於機構問題,將由學校實習輔導老與實習機構商議,取得後續合作共識。
   If the student experiences difficulties in adapting to the internship, conflicts in values, family or health issues, violation of labor rights or occupational safety and health concerns at the internship institution, or if the institution perceives the student's performance as unsatisfactory, please inform both the school guidance teacher and the industry guidance teacher. Gain a thorough understanding of the situation. If the issue can be attributed to the student's problems, the school guidance teacher and the industry guidance teachers will actively assist the student in improving their internship situation. If necessary, the student may be referred to other departments within the internship institution to complete the internship. If the issue can be attributed to the institution's problems, the school guidance teacher will discuss with the internship institution to reach a consensus on the way forward.
 

2.上述資料需填寫「職場實習異常事件處理紀錄表」,詳細記錄異常事件事由,及後續輔導處理經過及結果,以利後續追蹤確認

    The above information should be recorded in the "Workplace Internship Abnormal Incident Handling Record Form." Please provide detailed documentation of the reasons for the abnormal event, the subsequent counseling and resolution process, and the outcomes to facilitate follow-up and verification.
 

✨如果我想辭職,或公司有意辭退我,該如何進行終止程序 If I wish to resign or  the company intends to terminate my internship, how should I proceed with the termination process

1.請先透過學校及實習輔導老師協商輔導,若輔導機制無效,必要時可辦理終止實習程序,並應填寫學生職場實習終止及轉換紀錄表
    Please start by consulting and seeking guidance from the school guidance teacher and the industry guidance teacher. If the counseling mechanism proves ineffective, you may proceed with the termination procedures and should fill out the "Student Workplace Internship Termination and Transition Record Form“ when necessary.
 
2.若研議與原實習機構終止合約並轉換至校外新實習機構,需重新辦理實習應辦程序(請詳閱實習規劃時程及相關表單分頁),並經系級學生職場實習委員會確認媒合與分發後,重新簽訂實習合約書及個別實習計畫。
    If it is considered to terminate the contract with the original internship organization and transfer to a new off-campus internship organization, you will need to complete the necessary internship procedures again (please refer to the "Internship Planning Schedule and Related Forms" section). After confirmation and distribution by the department-level Student Workplace Internship Committee, you can proceed to re-sign the internship contract and individual internship plan.
